The city of Pensacola, in Florida, reported its third worst flooding ever, as Hurricane Sally battered the city centre, submerging cars, on Wednesday.

 

The slow-moving category 2 storm flooded the city with 1.5 metre (5 feet) deep water, as seen in smartphone footage shot by a resident.

 

Ruptly
