Europa League specialists Sevilla have won the tournament for a record 6th time after taking down Inter Milan 3-2 in a thrilling final in Cologne.
Romelu Lukaku put Inter in front with a clinical finish from the penalty spot after 5 minutes of play.
Spain's Sevilla got the equalizer 7 minutes later, thanks to a sublime header from Luuk de Jong, who struck again with another header to make it 2-1 in the 33rd minute.
The Italian club drew level only 2 minutes later with Diego Godin also scoring a header.
However, Diego Carlos struck the decisive goal for Sevilla in the 74th minute with an overhead kick, which took a huge deflection off Lukaku.
Antonio Conte’s men provided opportunities afterwards, but were unable to get the job done as Julen Lopetegui won his first trophy in the managerial career.
